A Maddington man has been charged after burgling an elderly woman’s home in Pinjarra during September, but is still seeking public information to identify a second man connected to the robbery.
Mandurah Detectives allege that two men entered a home along Garry John Court at around 1:10am on 17 September and stole a number of personal belongings and a blue Ford Futura sedan.
The men spoke to the female occupant of the house, a woman in her 60s, but did not injure her.
Public information has resulted in an 18-year-old man arrested and charged with stealing, stealing a motor vehicle, deprivation of liberty, three counts of fraud and no authority to drive.
He is due to appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Count on 8 November.
Detectives still wish to speak the second man involved in the burglary.
Anyone who recognises the man or has any information is asked to contact police on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
