A group of four men attempted to force entry into a home on Giralia Parkway in Ballajura, around 2:10am on May 17th.
The group were unsuccessful, and then entered a nearby home on Knot Rise, where they stole a purse from inside the home before being confronted by the occupant.
The group then forced entry to a home on Bennett Springs Drive before stealing a 2009 white Holden Captiva.
On May 19th, the group stole a quantity of cigarettes from a shopping centre in Spearwood, and later the stolen Holden Captiva was found abandoned in South Lake.
The men are all described as slim build and wearing dark clothing. One of the men walked with a distinctive limp.
Detectives are calling for anyone who may have information regarding these incidents, or the four men involved. Particularly, anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage of the men or the stolen Holden Captiva.
