Thornlie man charged with grievous bodily harm in suspicious Karloo house fire

A Thornlie man has been charged following the death of an elderly man in Karloo this week involving a suspicious house fire.

The 39-year-old has been charged with intent to do grievous bodily harm unlawfully wounds another.

It came after 63-year-old man was found at a home on Aaron Court in Karloo on Monday.

The Thornlie man is due to appear in the Geraldton Magistrates Court today.

Homicide Squad Detectives are still calling for anyone with dash-cam or mobile phone vision taken in the vicinity of Aaron Court around the time of the fire, or has any information regarding the fire.
